Residential Shingle Roof and TPO Flat Roof installed in Socastee, Myrtle Beach

Veteran homeowner in Socastee had various repairs through the years and now the patio was starting to leak. They met with Matt and were impressed with the IKO Shingle options. Klaus Roofing also offers a local warranty for 20 or 30 years. They love the results. The crew replaces rotted decking and made sure the ice and water was applied throughout. Klaus also made sure the transition from shingled roof to flat TPO was to standard. We are honored to take care of this family and be their local roofer.

This home decided it was time to replace their roof. To start, we tore off one layer of asphalt roofing & replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Roofing System with Shingles in the color Dual Grey. We also installed a ridge vent to keep consistent attic ventilation.

We finished the job by removing the existing chimney flashing on the house and replacing it with brand new flashing.

For this project we installed a metal roof on a home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This project called for 12 squares of standing seam metal roofing and 8 vents. We also removed all of the gutters from the existing roof and discarded them.
