Len the homeowner in Murrells Inlet noticed their roof needed to be replaced. We came out to do a FREE roof inspection and noticed there was some hail damage on the roof and gutters. The homeowner wanted to contact their insurance company to see if the roof would be covered under a deductible. We helped them call the insurance company and had permission from the customer to speak with the company directly. After making the claim the homeowner and our sales team waited for a call from the insurance company. 

Soon after receiving the call the appointment was set for the insurance adjuster to come out and make assessments. A Klaus Roofing by Carolina Energy Conservation representative came out the same day to meet with the insurance adjuster. A few days later the insurance company gave the customer the amount they were willing to pay and the customer accepted. 

Klaus Roofing by Carolina Energy Conservation began the full roof repair and replaced the roof with high quality materials and checked in with the customer through out the day to update them on the progress of the house.

Klaus Roofing by Carolina Energy Conservation was called out to a roof in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. This roof was leaking and creating wet spots inside the home. The customer had never experienced a roof leak like this before. There were multiple spots on the celling inside of the home. Our professionals captured a photo of the celling as well. This is to identify where the leak was happening. Matt went out to look at the roof leak. He went on top of the roof to see where the water was getting in. He also went inside the home to look the leak from the inside. We determined that we could in fact fix the leak and replace the shingles that were affected by the leak. The customer then decided to do a full roof replacement. The home needed the new roof and the homeowner was happy to have us do it.

Our Myrtle Beach Homeowner moved from Florida and contacted Carolina Energy Conservation for a roof inspection and for Solatubes.
