On this project we replaced a residential roof in Florence, South Carolina. To replace this roof we began by removing the existing shingles, along with any rotten or damaged wood underneath. Klaus Roofing Systems then taped every seam between the plywood and applied ice and water shield to drip edges, step flashings, valleys, and peaks. Other installations on this roof included synthetic felt, aluminum drip edge, aluminum rake, and new flashings on vents. A ridge vent was installed as well and then we put down our signature IKO Dynasty shingles in Frostone Gray color with a 30 year warranty! These are lifetime architectural shingles that will protect this home for years to come!
