The South Carolina Department of Insurance offers Homeowners who live in Horry and Georgetown counties the opportunity to apply for a SC SafeHome grant of $6,000 to $7,500 to use towards a FORTIFIED new roof. We got the great news that the state doubled their allotted 5 million dollars and when the grant reopened in July of 2025, they have another 5 million dollars to help Homeowners get a strong roof.
