This home in Georgetown, South Carolina needed a full roof replacement. The homeowner called Klaus Roofing by Carolina Energy Conservation and made an appointment with the appointment center. Matt, our senior salesman went out to do a FREE roof inspection. He climbed up on their roof and did a full walk around to take a look at the entire property. 

Matt sold the roof and the homeowner sent us a five star review.

Everyone was easy to work with and communication and professionalism were evident. We had some tricky weather and despite rain Kevin got our home in first chance they could. They listened to my concerns and addressed them without hesitation and Matt worked with insurance. Very happy with everything start to finish!

Had roof done by this company (jack zawaki) and needed a rain gutter leak sealed. Matt and Jeff showed up quickly and were very friendly and had fix done in minutes…..will definetly be the 1st I call if in need of work in future

There were 2 other companies that did not address the main issue of leaks in 2 areas. I needed my roof repaired first ! I knew I also needed shingles as mine were 20 years old.. Matt came out, I expressed my concerns about the leaks, showed him the areas I knew to be damaged and asked for an estimate to repair. I then asked for the estimate to replace the shingles. We agreed on the price. The repairs were greater than expected and handled professionally. The crew was friendly , but non-English speaking so I couldn't chat with them except through Alex.. The roof was remodeled to remove the leaking skylights, shingles were put on and everything looks beautiful.. Thank you for a great job and cleanup. I haven't found a nail yet !!!!

The representative was so nice and worked so hard with the insurance company. I knew he was the one.

I can't say enough about how great this company is. Not only did they do an excellent job from start to finish they care about customer service and satisfaction. I had a problem with my air conditioner after they were done and they told me who to call for repair and they graciously payed the bill. Not sure what happened but they did not hesitate to make sure everything was repaired free of charge. The problem was just called a disconnect but I was so happy for their help . Do not call anyone else for roofing needs This is the best of the best. 5 star all the way.

Terrific service and quality. From initial contact, evaluation and recommendations with Matt to project management with Kevin all was done with excellence. The workers went the extra mile to get the shingles on before the evening rain. Kevin did the extra things that showed he cared. Even the cleanup was exceptional. I don’t think you can beat this team.

From the second I started dealing with them to the very end of my roofing job, they were there for me the homeowner 100%. Their work was above and beyond my expectations, and I myself have worked for several years in the residential construction sector. If you truly love your home like I do and want to understand what is going on your roof, so you can have a piece of mind that you made the right choices for your home, go with Klaus.

Matt and his team are amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever worked with anyone who responds to my questions as fast as Matt has, which is a huge plus for me! They installed our new roof, we got half done for now, and they were quick and efficient. We had them place an attic vent and my husband realized we probably shouldn’t have, so they came out here and uninstalled it for us! Matt was very professional when he was telling me about everything and he even made a special trip back to our house to meet my husband and tell him all the details since I couldn’t remember them. I highly recommend this Klaus roofing if you want someone that already seems like a friend and doesn’t want to rip you off. Thank you Matt and your team! Y’all were fantastic!

Absolutely the best! Matt Thompson was with out a doubt the most knowledgeable and genuinely kind and respectful lead. The entire roofing team and installers shared his positive ethical approach. From signing to completion the work was efficient and super clean. Everyone went beyond my expectation without having to be ask. Didn’t find a single bit of debris! No one else even went up in the attic to check for leaks from the roof except Klaus Roofing. They took pictures of both the roof and the attic which both showed damage. No one else did all of that for me. I was sold on the fact they did a thorough job checking my issues out and fixing them.

You kept us informed periodically, of any changes necessary and of daily progress. It was gratifying watching your crews get right to work, each one knowing what to do and how to do it well. We were especially impressed with the way your ground team worked hard together throughout the project, never letting up! They protected our shrubs and plants from falling shingles and debris and they were extremely conscientious with the clean-up making sure that they hadn’t missed a shred of fallen roof material or a single roofing nail!
All in all, thank you for a job well done!
