A 20+ year old roof in a heavily tree covered and coastal winds area has weathered some storms; and this Forestbrook Homeowner was ready for a new roof. As you can see in the pictures, this home also included fresh decking to replace the rotted decking, replacing much of the facia and to extend the life of the shingles during the hot South Carolina summers, the Homeowner also added a Solatube Solar Attic Fan.

This project in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina had many repairs that needed to be made. To begin this project we removed all of the existing roofing from the wood, and replaced any rotten or damaged wood underneath it. We installed ice and water shield, synthetic felt, and aluminum drip and rake metal. New flashings were installed to the vent pipe boots and to the chimney. We finished the project by installing lifetime shingles, ridge vents, and ridge caps. 

For this project we installed a metal roof on a home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This project called for 12 squares of standing seam metal roofing and 8 vents. We also removed all of the gutters from the existing roof and discarded them. 

For this project, the roof needed repairs around the chimney. To do this we repaired and replaced the sheeting around the chimney, as well as re-flashed and sealed any visible water intrusion areas.

This customer experienced some damage to their roof as result of a tree falling. We were able to repair and replace the entire roof, fixing the damage from the tree.
